At Saskatoon Co-op customer service is extremely important and as such we have introduced a program to reward our employees for going above and beyond for our customers. This program rewards individuals for providing service that is exceptional. We get both our employees and our management involved in this process to jointly decide whether a situation meets the appropriate criteria. If approved, the employee is rewarded with a gift card and will be featured in the newspaper as one of Saskatoon Co-op’s great service providers.
